Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A code compliance inspection was initiated on 9/9/2021 and concluded on 9/20/2021. The directorwas contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 63 children present, ranging in ages from 2 to 5 years, with 14 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 4 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
