Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/27/2025 and completed on 6/29/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 6/12/2025 relating to a child needing outside medical attention and supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 child record on-site and 1 staff record electronically on 6/29/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
