Inspector Notes
A joint complaint inspection with local agency representatives and the inspector was initiated on February 6, 2023 and completed on April 11, 2023 regarding concerns of staffing and supervision, physical plant, and programs. Interviews with staff and collaterals completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
