The licensing inspector conducted a complaint investigation in response to a complaint that was received on December 12, 2023. The area of standards reviewed were programs, staffing/supervision, special care provisions and emergencies. The inspection was initiated on 1/3/2024 and completed on 1/11/2024. Interviews with staff and collateral witnesses were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
