Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on December 14, 2022 and concluded on December 21, 2022.
There were 14 preschool age children present with 2 staff supervising. There were observations of the children participating in interactive activities with peers/staff, handwashing, and preparing for lunch, and eating their lunch in designated area. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
