During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 10/29/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 12:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 97 children present and 19 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
5Staff #1, who had been employed for over 90 days and staff #2 who has been employed for over 60 days, did not have documentation of central registry search being requested or documentation of follow up from the center regarding results not being returned.
Child #5 did not have documentation of additional immunizations every six months between 18 and 24 months old.
The center did not have documentation of annual water supply and sewage system inspection.
3:5 medications inspected had medication authorizations that expired over 14 days ago, medications were on site and parents had not been notified.
5:24 diaper creams inspected were kept beyond the expiration date.
