Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on November 14, 2022, from 10:20 a.m. through 11:00 a.m. Upon arrival, there were 20 children, ages 3 through 5, in the care of 2 staff members. Three children and three staff records were reviewed and updated.

Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice. Please complete your plan of correction within 5 business days and return to the licensing inspector.
