An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 4/23/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 3/27/2025 relating to supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 child record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
