Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted 2/27/2025 from 11:05am - 12:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 68 children and 21 staff present during the time of the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 child and 4 staff records onsite. The inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
