Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was conducted on 01/07/2026 as part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as a result of the last inspection related to forbidden actions and behavioral guidance. The on-site inspection began at 12:00 and ended at 12:40. There were 47 children and 16 staff present. The inspection included training record review, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
