Inspector Notes

An on-site monitoring visit was conducted today. Additional information was sent by email to the Inspector to complete the study. Twenty three children were present with six staff. Reviewed medication on-site, a new hire file, children's records, emergency preparation, training and physical space. Lunch is bought from home.
The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.

Evidence:
Staff #1 was hired 3/21/2022 and TB documentation was dated 3/29/2022.
Plan of Correction: Moving forward, TB will be on-site prior to staff working with children or the day of employment
