Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on August 5, 2025 and completed on August 21, 2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on August 4, 2025 relating to allegations of neglect and insufficient supervision. The inspector reviewed 3 staff records on site on August 11, 2025. This inspection included documentation review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be NOT VALID. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
