Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 03/31/2026 and completed on 04/01/2026 (with a local agency) in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 03/30/2026 relating to allegations of forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed 1 child records and 1 staff record. This inspection included a tour of the facility, observation and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued to the program.
