An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed from 10:25 until 12:10. There were 19 children and 6 staff present.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records were reviewed.

Information gathered determined one violation.
