Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/28/2022 from 2:30am to 3:30pm. There were 3 children ages 15 years old to age 17 years old supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, outdoor playground areas, programming, menus, 4 staff records, 3 children?s records, emergency drills, and emergency supplies were reviewed. Children were observed participating in sensory play and preparing for snack. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
