Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/29/2024 from 1:55pm to 2:40pm. There were 3 children ages 3 years to age 17 years old supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, programming, attendance, menus, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies and policies were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Children were observed participating in watching television, building activities and napping. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
