Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was initiated on 3/30/2023 and concluded on 3/30/2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:35 AM. There were 49 children present, ranging in ages from two to five, with 11 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, procedures, and medication. A total of five children?s records and five staff?s records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
