A complaint was received by the licensing office on July 13, 2023 regarding care and protection. An investigation was initiated on July 19, 2023 and concluded on August 28, 2023. Interviews were conducted. At this time of investigation, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
