Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/2/23 from 1:00pm to 1:45pm on-site with with three program staff; and the staff record review was conducted on 2/3/23 at the Head Start Office with the Director. On 2/2/23 there were 15 children in care, supervised by three staff. The children were observed napping and waking up, using the restroom, and washing hands. Five child records and three staff records were reviewed. The Center has three staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, two staff trained in Daily Health Observation Training (DHO), and two staff with current Medication Administration Training (MAT). One medication and authorization form were reviewed. The attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed.
