Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:00 - 10:45am with staff. There were 14 children, ranging from three to five years of age, present with two staff supervising. Children were observed participating in circle time activities and engaged in structured center time. Reviewed three child records, two on site staff records, two medications, and the daily attendance record, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, and fire and health inspections. Both staff have current certification in CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration Training (MAT). Two staff records were reviewed off site at the Fauquier CAC office on 11/15/2023.
