Inspector Notes
A code compliance inspection was initiated in center on February 20, 2024 form 3:20 PM until 5:00 PM and concluded on February 21, 2024. There were 33 children present with 7 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in background checks and requirements for child day centers operated by religious institution exempt from licensure. A total of 11 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence: Staff #7 was observed changing the diapers for two children .The staff member and both children did not wash their hands after the diapers were changed.
