Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 2-25-2026 and completed on 2-25-2026. The on-site inspection began at 3:30pm and ended at 4:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 38 children present with 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interview and observation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
