An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on December 2, 2025 and completed on December 2, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:55am and ended at 12:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 47 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
