Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using both an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents reviewed and interviews .

A complaint inspection was initiated on October 1, 2021 in response to allegations of special care provision and emergencies and programs at the licensed center. The director was contacted by telephone and interviews were conducted. Interviews with staff were completed and documentation was reviewed. There was a not a preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
