Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on July 14, 2022 and concluded on July 27, 2022. There
were 91 children present, ranging in ages from infants to preschool age children, with 16 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of
5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Staff records were reviewed remotley. The information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance. Areas of non-complaince are identified on the violation notice.
