Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 25 children with 4 staff and 4 Coop parents were onsite. Four classrooms were occupied today. Observation of all 4 classrooms, bathrooms, outdoor playgrounds and additional common programming space was made. Positive interaction was observed by staff and one child adjusting to the morning drop off routine. One medication on site and was reviewed and determined complete. Seeds were observed sprouting in windowsills which correlated to the Jack and the Beanstalk lesson. Sliced apples were in use as the children were paint stamping artwork. Days of the week and classroom helpers were being assigned in circle time in the Investor's B room. Bathroom and handwashing procedures were also observed this morning. A total of 4 children's records, one allergy action plan and medication authorization, 5 staff/parent volunteer records were reviewed. Records were found organized and complete and the classrooms were supplied with sufficient materials and equipment. This inspection occurred between 9:30am and 11:30am. 1Evidence:
On 10/19/22, a documented injury occurred on the playground which required one child to be seen in the ER. This injury was not reported to the Department.
