An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 12/9/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:20 am and ended at 10:20am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 16 children present with four staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included:
document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
