Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/31/2022 with center director. There were 12 children present, ranging in ages from 4 years to 5 years with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. There are no new staff since the last inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
