8VAC20-790 Subsidy Regulations.
Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 6/9/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:35am-11:20am. There were 36 children (infants-4yrs.) directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on-site during the inspection. Children were observed playing on the playground. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
