Child #1, age 8 months, was observed sleeping in a crib with five blankets. Two blankets were hung over the exposed sides of the crib, obstructing the view of the child. One blanket was folded underneath the childs head, one blanket was covering the child, and one blanket was balled up near the childs feet.
