Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 10/29/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:30 am and ended at 12:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to background checks, ratio, staff health reports, and hazardous materials . There were 26 children present with 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
