Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/22/2025 and completed on 10/27/2025 with local agencies, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/15/2025 relating to allegations in the areas of procedure implementation relating to appropriate supervision and the safety of children. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s records and 2 staff records on-site on 10/22/2025. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
