Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/10/2023. There were 13 children, ages 3 years-5years and 4 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medications for children were observed during the inspection. A total of 3 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during center time, circle time, handwashing and lunch. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:31am and departed the center at 11:10am.
