Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 13th, 2022 from 10:00am-12:00 pm. There were 64 children directly supervised by 9 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, and eating snack. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
