Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection took place on June 16, 2024 from approximately 10am to 11am and concluded on June 24, 2024 from approximately 9:30am to 10:30am. There were 2 classrooms observed with a total of 46 children with 7 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing outside, transitioning to snack, and engaged in water play. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.

Evidence: Child #7s records did not contain a written care plan for a diagnosed food allergy to include the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction.
