Inspector Notes
An unannounced focused inspection was conducted from 10:26am-11:01am. Five medications and medication logs were reviewed. Two vehicles that provide transportation for children were also inspected for required documents, car seats and first aid kit.

Based on review of the medication log and interview, the center did not keep record of medication given to a child.
Evidence:
1. A staff member stated Child #2 had an authorized medication given on 4/14/2023, but the staff member to not record it on the medication log for that day.

Plan of Correction: Administration team will initial the medication log every time medication is provided to ensure it's documented correctly.
