During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on (4/23/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:20 am and ended at 11:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (96) children present and (22) staff. The inspector reviewed (9) children?s records and (9) staff records on-site.

This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-780-510-I
The center may administer drugs only to the child identified on the prescription label in accordance with the prescriber's instructions pertaining to dosage, frequency and manner of administration.
Child #3, who has been enrolled for 3 months and has a medication on site does not have the prescription label with the prescribers instructions pertaining to the manner of administration.
Plan of Correction: The parents will provide the original container with the pharmacy label for the child's medication.
Standard 8VAC20-780-60-A
A written care plan is required for each child with a diagnosed food allergy, to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic and the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction.
Child #3, who has been enrolled for 3 months, has a diagnosed food allergy and did not have a written care plan in their file.
Plan of Correction: The parents will obtain the allergy action plan from the physician.
