Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 5/12/22 at 10:15am. There were 10 children (24 points) directly supervised by 3 caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver records, 2 children's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely inside the play room and participating in educational activities. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Violations
3Evidence: reviewed 3 caregiver records and found that 2, (caregivers 1 and 2) did not have documentation of subsequent TB screenings.
Evidence: reviewed 2 children's records and found that both were missing documentation of the provider's medication policy.
Evidence: observed in the provider's first aid kit, several packets of aspirin.
