Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/20/2023 at 10:48am. There were 6 children (14 points) directly supervised by one caregiver(s). The home, 00 caregiver records, 00 child's records, household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely inside the play room, watching a children's show and coloring. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
