Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 11:50am-12:40 pm. There were 12 children for a total of 29 points directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed going down for nap. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

1. Central registry for Caregiver #2 and two household members were conducted in February, 2018.
3. Caregiver #3 is a substitute and has not had a Central Registry check.
4. Provider was cited for Caregiver #3' lack of CPS check during the last inspection dated November 30, 2022.
