Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 11:55am and 1pm. There were 9 children (20 points) directly supervised by the provider and one assistant caregiver. The home, 2 caregiver records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and having lunch. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
