An in-person investigation was conducted today in response to an allegation being received in our office. Based on staff interviews the preponderance of evidence supports the allegation. The complaint is valid. See Violation Notice for non-compliances.

Based on staff interviews, a 1:10 ratio has not been maintained in the preschool classroom (4 years to school age eligible).
