Inspector Notes

An in person renewal study was conducted today. All rooms were in ration during the inspection. Most rooms were resting quietly during the inspection. 4 child and 5 staff records were reviewed.
Rest time cot spacing and covers, diapering, emergency evacuation drills, menu, Fire Inspection report, Health inspection report, injury reports and emergency supplies are all in compliance.

Based on observation and staff statement, there is no written list of all children's allergies in all classrooms.
Evidence:
The 4's room did not have an allergy list available for review.
Plan of Correction: The list will be located and placed confidentially in the room.

Based on a review of records, one child record does not contain all required documentation.
Evidence:
1 of 4 child records reviewed did not contain documentation of having viewed proof of birth documentation. (Child 1)
Plan of Correction: I will ask the parent for the document again at pick up today.
