Inspector Notes
An in person visit was conducted to review the installation of new playground structures.
The poured-in-place surfacing is "down" under the slide structures. Exit from the slides measure 6 feet. The playground is not completes as of this time. It is anticipated it will be finished by Friday Sept. 9, 2022.
The report will be typed off site and emailed to the facility for signature.
