An unannounced subsidy health and safety (SHSI) was initiated on 09/30/2024 and concluded on 10/01/2024. There were 25 children present with 3 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

All staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of employment
current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care. The training shall include an in-person competency demonstration.
