Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 06/04/24 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Areas of noncompliance are identified on the violation notice and were discussed with the director in an exit meeting at the conclusion of this inspection.

REPEAT VIOLATION
Based on record review and interview, the vendor did not ensure that all had current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.
Evidence:
1. The record for staff #4 (hired 12/4/23) did not contain documentation of CPR certification.
2. Staff confirmed that staff #4 did not have CPR certification.
Based on record review and interview, the vendor did not ensure that all had current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.
