Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on July 24, 2024 and
completed on July 24, 2024, as a part of current licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:35am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

This inspection included:

? observations of the children playing.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or
law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of the attendance record, the record of daily attendance was not written and did not document the arrival of each child.

Evidence: The arrival of three out of five children was not recorded for the day.
Plan of Correction: The provider record the arrival time of each child as they arrive.
