Inspector Notes

An announced desk review inspection was conducted virtually on 3/26/2021. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and this inspection was conducted via mobile video app as well as email and phone correspondence. The center was not open and operating at this time. staff records, children?s records and emergency procedures were reviewed. There was no reopening plan available at the time of inspection.
