Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:35 pm to 4:15pm. There were 47 children with 3 staff members supervising. The children were observed playing outdoors and eating afternoon snack. The snack included muffins, crackers, hummus and pineapples. 3 staff records, 4 children's records and other center documents including the posting of the inspection report was reviewed to assess compliance.
