An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/22/25 from 3:15pm to 4:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 63 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or
law. No violations were issued.
